The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Please plan to arrive around 4:30-4:45 to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

Valet - discounted valet is available for all events. Street parking - is another option (if you do decide to street park make sure to hide your belongings). Uber - we recommend Ubering it will be your cheapest/easiest option.

The Ceremony and Reception will be held on the 4th floor of the Thompson in the Bayberry Room and Patio Space. Take the outdoor elevator on 5th Street directly to the Patio Bar of the event space. If lost, please ask the hotel personnel to direct you to the space!

Black Tie: Women - formal evening dress, no white, ivory, or cream. Men - tuxedo or suit. We kindly request for all attendees to respect the dress code.

Yes, we have a room block at the Hyatt House, which is listed under travel. Please book prior to October 8th to receive room rates as listed.

We please ask you to attend child free, unless personalized invitation specifies “family”. For we do not have space for additional guests. If you need help finding accommodations for your children, feel free to contact us with your concerns.

Yes, if a plus-one is indicated on your personalized invitation. For we are at maximum capacity for the event space. If you did not receive a plus- one and would like to add one reach out to us and we can see if we can create space!
